Employer accepts that hays.dk is available to all Hays customers and will include profiles of candidates who are applying for jobs. Employer undertakes to keep all information about candidates confidential and not to use hays.dk's database of profiles of candidates for any purpose other than to search for and find candidates to fill specific positions.
Employer undertakes not to exchange, copy or send information about candidates to third parties, unless the employer has clear evidence that the candidate in question has consented to such a disclosure. Employer shall indemnify Hays' websites for all liability, for whatever reason (to the fullest extent permitted by law) that the Hays Group may incur if the employer uses hays.dk's database of profiles of candidates or other information about persons from this site for a purpose other than the purpose for which they have been given.
Employer undertakes to comply with the terms of use of this website and accepts Hays' right to immediately suspend or delete the employer's registration at Hay's sole discretion to the employer, should the employer violate such terms of use.
Disclaimer as far as the candidate is concerned
The candidate understands and agrees that Hays may, upon prior agreement with the candidate, submit the candidate's information to clients at his or her discretion to facilitate the recruitment process on behalf of the candidate and also to present promotional extracts of the candidate's information in a non-identifying manner on hays.dk or on other Hays Group websites. However, the information provided by the candidate will be passed on to our clients in an identifying manner. The candidate accepts that the candidate's current employer may access hays.dk or any of the Hays Group's websites, and the candidate waives unconditionally any claims that the candidate may have against Hays as a result of any loss the candidate may suffer as a result of that the information is displayed on such websites.
The candidate agrees to comply with the terms of use of the site and accepts Hays' right to immediately suspend or delete the candidate's registration at Hays's sole discretion with respect to the candidate if the candidate abuses such terms of use. The candidate accepts that although Hays endeavors to find appropriate employment for the candidate, Hays cannot guarantee that an employer or a client will ask for the candidate's information or will have a conversation with or hire a candidate.
Hays does not provide any warranty statements as to the final terms and length of any employment obtained through the Website. The candidate disclaims any claim against Hays for failure to employ the candidate or regarding the terms or length of the employment.

You agree not to share, copy or transmit to a third party any candidate data, unless you have unambiguous evidence that the consent of the candidate to such transfer has been obtained. You will indemnify and hold Hays websites harmless for any and all liability howsoever arising (to the fullest extent allowed by law) which the Hays group may incur should you use the hays.dk database of Candidate Profiles or other data about individuals derived from this website for any other purpose other than that for which they were provided.

Candidate Disclaimer
You understand and consent that in order to facilitate the recruitment process on your behalf, Hays may forward your details to clients at their sole discretion, and additionally display promotional excerpts from your details on the hays.dk website or other websites of the Hays group. You agree and accept that your present employer may access the hays.dk or other Hays group websites and you unconditionally waive any and all claims you may have against Hays as a result of any loss you may suffer as a result of the information being displayed on these websites.
