    Sales Manager / Business Development – Denmark (m/f/d)

    As Sales Manager, you will act as ITCC’s key commercial representative in Denmark, responsible for developing new clients and strengthening relationships with existing.

    You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with engineering, calculation and project teams across the organization.

    The role is characterized by a high degree of autonomy, operating within a project-driven sales environment with long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.

    Your key responsibilities:
    • Identify and drive new business opportunities
    • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
    • Strengthen ITCC’s market position in Denmark
    • Manage sales processes in technical and project-based environments
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients (e.g. Novo Nordisk and Ørsted)
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams on proposals and delivery

    Success in the role will not only be measured by new business, but by the ability to create long-term partnerships, repeat business and framework agreements.
