Responsibilities
Step into a pivotal HR leadership role where you’ll coach and partner with managers, lead a high-performing HR team, and drive real change in a dynamic business. This is your chance to influence strategy, shape culture, and build leadership capabilities that stick.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with our Group People Director and senior leaders to design and deliver HR strategies aligned with business goals and values
• Lead and inspire your HR team (2/3 direct reports) through coaching, collaboration, and empowerment
• Support managers through change—building their confidence and skills with a coaching approach
• Own employee relations, attendance, and complex casework with expert guidance and empathy
• Lead projects in workforce planning, talent management, pay & reward, and engagement
• Ensure smooth, compliant processes from onboarding to offboarding, aligned with Danish labour laws
• Drive HR initiatives at local and group levels, sharing best practices and fostering consistency

• Independent yet collaborative—comfortable leading and partnering across teams
• Tech-forward with experience in Microsoft Office, nice to have, HiBob, and Teamtailor
• Fluent in Danish and English with strong communication skills
• A natural coach and influencer who builds trust and brings out the best in others
• Deeply knowledgeable in Danish employment law and skilled in navigating employee relations
• A solution-driven, agile operator who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
