Technical Lead Embedded Software (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Technical Lead in software development team for a RTOS based platform
- Guide Embedded SW domain resources in terms of quality, estimations, work results
- Run SW waterfall-type sub-projects (estimation, planning, requirements elicitation, resourcing, risk management)
- Create high quality UML designs and write corresponding C++ code
Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Proven track record as technical lead in embedded SW development and SW projects, specifically in a C/C++/RTOS and TCP/IP environment (NOT embedded Linux)
- Ability to create high quality UML designs and write corresponding C++ code
- Ability to guide Embedded SW domain resources in terms of quality, estimations, work results. Strong in execution, results driven
- Proven track record in Requirements Engineering (System Requirements - technical SW requirements)
- Ability to run SW sub-projects (estimation, planning, requirements elicitation, resourcing, risk management)
- Strong communicator in english language towards internal and external stakeholders
- Quick learner, able to jump into new environments quickly
