Fieldservice Pool Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Organizing travel arrangements for Field Service and Office personnel
- Procuring work permits and visas for international assignments
- Coordinating support staff and site setup for construction projects
- Managing HSSE documentation for internal and external personnel
- Maintaining the deployment planning system (SEPS) for the Hamburg Turbo site
- Handling administrative tasks such as office supply orders and departmental correspondence
Profile
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
