- As a Project Planner, you will play a key role in Norconsult’s project organisation, ensuring efficient project execution and optimal resource allocation. The position requires strong collaboration skills and solid experience in project planning – ideally within the architecture or engineering sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans in close collaboration with project managers and technical leads
- Plan and coordinate resources across projects and departments
- Ensure progress and adherence to deadlines through ongoing follow-up
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of internal planning processes
- Prepare status reports and presentations for management and clients
Profile
- Experience from the architecture or engineering sector, preferably with project management, project assistant and resource planning.
- Educational background within construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in planning tools (e.g. Maconomy, MS Project, Primavera, Autopilot or similar)
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to navigate in a complex project organisation
- Structured, analytical mindset with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture
