SAP Concur Admin Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting and hands-on support for SAP Concur Expenses
- Act as the main administrator and owner of the Concur platform
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Develop, update, and maintain travel and expense policies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments
- Integrate and manage multiple SAP environments, including S/4HANA
- Ensure data consistency and system transparency
- Support system integration and coordination with internal teams
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and explain complex topics clearly
Profile
- Solid experience with SAP Concur, especially in Expense and Admin functionalities
- Good understanding of SAP systems, ideally including S/4HANA
- Experience in integrating and managing multiple SAP environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical topics in a clear and structured way
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Senior-level expertise, but still actively involved in operational tasks
- Very good knowledge of English and Spanish is an advantage
