Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Support the central Technology Division in the enhancement and global rollout of a Customer Portal, working closely with local Commercial Teams across 11 markets
- Serve as the main point of contact for markets regarding portal features and rollouts
- Support the adaptation and further development of the product based on market needs
- Negotiate with local stakeholders on requirements and implementation
- Coordinate with Portal Managers and Commercial Teams (located in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, etc.)
- Collaborate with the central feature team to introduce new functionalities
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the B2B E-Commerce offering
Profile
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in commercial environments, ideally in B2B E-Commerce (e.g. foodservice, retail)
- Proven track record in multi-country project environments
- Solid understanding of Business Process Technology
- Structured, solution-oriented approach with high self-responsibility
- Not a classic BA role - focus is on business partnering and execution
