Reference & Dispatch Management Operator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute tasks related to logistics processes in the area of reference sample management as well as shipping orders (global shipping) at site level
- Act as a point of contact for the project team for logistics related requests
- Execution/organisation of global shipping orders of pharmaceutical products in an authority regulated environment
- Performing sample preparation (aliquoting)
- Manage inventory for reference substances (electronic and physical) on behalf of the analytical laboratory in centralised facilities
- Maintain cost, quality, quantity and timelines for all assigned tasks
- Deliver to appropriate quality standards, ensuring compliance with systems, equipment and processes
- Contribute to digital initiatives as a subject matter expert (optional)
- Work in accordance with relevant SOPs, GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISRM & company guidelines
- Use of complex tools/equipment, laboratory automation tools and specialised facilities
- Prepare raw data documents for delivery to internal and/or external customers
Profile
- Education: Minimum: Completed vocational training (e.g. dispatch/pharmaceutical development/logistics in GMP) or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in German and working knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Successful work experience in global shipping logistics
- Additional knowledge of analytical development or manufacturing is an advantage
- Good knowledge of software and computer tools
- Mastery of quality principles (GMP, ALCOA+)
- Good organisational skills and ability to work independently (management experience is an advantage)
