    • As VP of Products, you will own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Lasernet Group’s strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a key advisor and have the authority to drive meaningful change across the organization. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires balancing legacy strengths with innovation, guiding the company toward becoming a truly agile, customer-focused product organization.Your Key responsibilities will be: 
    • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
    • Build strong relationships across all stakeholders, including: Sales, marketing, legal, and commercial teams
    • Product development
    • Gather and synthesize input from diverse sources into a coherent, prioritized strategy.
    • Communicate decisions clearly, drive consensus, and ensure alignment across the organization.
    • Deliver on roadmap commitments.
    • Monitor product performance (sales, profitability, technical quality, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the problem domain and market trends.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership
    • Participate in executive leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
    • Respect organizational legacy while championing agility and customer-centricity.
