What happens after I submit my application and when can I expect feedback?

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours, including a link to your personal tracking page. Usually, we will get back to you within a week. Ideally, it only takes a few weeks until you receive a contract offer.

How does the selection process work and how can I prepare for it?

If your application makes a positive impression, a phone interview will follow first. After that, we will invite you to two personal interviews with the department – either online or at one of our branches. You can find tips for preparation here.
