Manufacturing Process Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes and polymeric materials
- Planning, execution, and evaluation of experimental work in the laboratory and on production lines
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers
- Support in transferring new processes and materials into industrial production
- Contribution to projects focused on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and process robustness
Profile
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
- First industrial experience (minimum 1 year), preferably in a manufacturing or development environment
- Experience in independently leading projects or work packages
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and self-driven working style
- Good command of English and at least basic knowledge of German
