Senior Turnaround Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead turnaround management of failing or critical projects and programs, ensuring stabilization and successful delivery in digital commerce
- Manage large, complex and global programs/projects across intercultural environments
- Drive delivery excellence across hybrid project setups (classic waterfall and agile methodologies)
- Steer and align Enterprise and Solution Architecture during implementation phases
- Improve project ways of working, including governance, testing processes and reporting structures
- Define and optimize digital sales strategies and processes
- Align and enhance the digital sales technology stack (e.g., configurators, pricing and quotation tools, digital sales platforms)
- Oversee implementation of application performance monitoring solutions
- Improve operational effectiveness of business-as-usual (BAU) organizations
- Drive digital customer experience initiatives by integrating and consolidating customer portals and oversee implementation of platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and steer globally distributed teams across multiple management layers
Profile
- Solid experience in program/project management, including turnaround management of failing initiatives
- Proven experience managing large-scale, global, and complex programs in intercultural environments
- Strong expertise in hybrid delivery models (agile and traditional methodologies)
- Background in B2B production/manufacturing industries (non-B2C)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple hierarchical levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High resilience and ability to operate in challenging environments
- Strong understanding of digital commerce and digital customer experience transformation
