Responsibilities
- As the main point of contact for all corporate clients, you represent the bank
- You handle client requests quickly and comprehensively and provide suitable solutions
- You offer clients competent advice on various banking-related topics
- During the merger of the two largest Swiss banks, you support corporate clients and, through your dedicated involvement across diverse areas, help ensure a smooth transition
Profile
- You are interested in the banking business and enjoy advising clients across different channels
- You have experience in corporate banking
- You are able to respond to client inquiries; empathy, resilience, and flexibility are essential - qualities you possess and know how to apply effectively
- You can switch quickly between different areas of work
- You enjoy working in a team to achieve common goals
- Languages: fluent German and English, or for the Renens location: fluent French and English
