Data / Solution Architect (Delivery Lead) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Define the PoC/MVP scope (functional & non-functional requirements)
- Establish clear acceptance criteria for deliverables
- Design target architecture (e.g. Lakehouse with Bronze / Silver / Gold layers)
- Define and drive migration strategy (Lift & Shift vs. Redesign / Refactoring)
- Select appropriate tools, technologies, and data platforms
- Define and implement data governance, security, and performance strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data, IT, Business)
- Manage stakeholder communication (management, business units, external partners)
Profile
- Solid experience as Data Architect, Solution Architect, or Delivery Lead
- Strong domain knowledge in Treasury (highly preferred)
- Very good knowledge of MS SQL Server (DWH) and SSAS
- Deep hands-on experience with Databricks
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
- Strong expertise in data modeling (Kimball) and Lakehouse architectures
- Proven experience in data platform migrations (strategy & execution)
- Ability to define architecture, select technologies, and drive strategic decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
