Finance and Controlling Expert (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand end-to-end finance and controlling processes across countries
- Support ERP deployment including localization, testing coordination, and issue tracking
- Document processes, SOPs, and training materials to drive standardization
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation during go-live phases
Profile
- Experience in finance transformation, ERP, or similar projects
- Strong finance background incl. Cost Accounting, Reporting, and GL
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and process design
- Fluent English, proactive communicator, and able to work independently
