Project Manager Finance ERP (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead the review of the current ERP system, assessing performance, risks, and long-term suitability
- Coordinate and support a structured ERP study, including benchmarking and market comparison
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Procurement
- Contribute to business case development (upgrade vs. replacement)
- Support governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
- Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables throughout evaluation and implementation phases
Profile
- Proven ERP project experience (evaluation, implementation, or major upgrades), ideally in Finance environments
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Solid understanding of Finance processes and ERP systems (SAP, Workday, Microsoft etc.)
- Experience in vendor evaluation or RFP/RFQ processes is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Structured, analytical mindset
- Fluent English; German is an asset
