Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities in terms of schedule, quality, and execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth workflow across multiple project streams
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
- Identify risks, issues, and delays early and implement mitigation measures
- Collaborate closely with project and construction management
- Maintain project documentation and progress reporting
Profile
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Solid experience in site management or construction management
- Experience in industrial construction or large-scale projects is an advantage
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with construction and project management tools (e.g., MS Office, Navisworks, Bluebeam)
- Strong organizational skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
