Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust EHS framework that aligns with both national regulations and recognized international standards
- Take ownership of EHS compliance, including responsibilities outlined in occupational safety legislation
- Maintain and continuously enhance existing systems to ensure they remain effective and up to date
- Lead the planning and execution of regular internal and external audits to monitor and improve EHS performance
- Cooperation partner for relevant external authorities, including insurance providers, safety authorities, and environmental agencies
- Support departments in identifying potential risks related to environmental protection, workplace health, and safety
- Drive initiatives to mitigate these risks - such as conducting safety inspections, managing risk assessments, developing emergency protocols, and running drills to test their effectiveness
- Coordinate and deliver EHS-related training programs tailored to employee needs and organizational requirements
Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Electronics or equivalentat University / University of Applied Science
- The necessary certification as a Safety Engineer, or equivalent
- Solid experiences in Environmental, Health and Safety management
- Understand the semiconductor industry and clean room environment
- Open to cooperate and participate in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German and/ or Chinese is advantageous
- Ability to cooperate effectively and participate in in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams

Salary information
- Between 95.000 to 105.000 EUR per year, depends on previous experience and qualifications
