In a sales role at Hays, you proactively identify your contacts’ challenges and needs through ongoing relationship management and provide professional advice. You also reach out to new client companies via phone or in-person meetings, presenting the value of our services and expanding your client portfolio. 

Teams are organised by business areas, contract types (permanent and freelance), and specialisations (e.g., IT, Finance, Engineering). 

By asking targeted questions, you uncover specific job requirements and conditions during client conversations. This forms the basis for the subsequent recruitment process, where you collaborate with recruitment specialists to find and present suitable professionals and executives. As the main point of contact, you manage projects from needs analysis to contract signing, ensuring a smooth process and high satisfaction for both clients and candidates. This also includes coordinating communication between clients and candidates and conducting contract negotiations that benefit all parties.
