Responsibilities
- Making appointments at doctors' surgeries for a key account manager of a pharmaceutical company
- Close collaboration with the key account manager
- Maintenance and coordination of the Key Account Manager's appointment diary
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Answering customer enquiries
- Data entry
Profile
- Experience as a telephone operator, call centre agent (CCA), telephone sales employee or telephone operator
- Ideally already experience in coordinating appointments for a pharmaceutical company
- Career changers looking for a new professional challenge
- Reliability, diligence, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good IT knowledge
- Fluent in French and English or Italian
