Responsibilities
- Lead strategical reports and events (Internal/External)
- Manage bi-weekly company-wide reporting process
- Support management on ad-hoc requests, which involve a wide range of topics
- Coordinate company-wide investment management (planning and follow-up)
- Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan
- Align with R&D Center in South Korea and brand related regional headquarters
- Handle cross-functional team activities and exchange on complex topics
- Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration)
- Adapt strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or related field desired
- Sound professional experience of industry experience in R&D Strategy, Product Strategy, Product Planning, and/or Project Management, experience in Automotive preferred
- Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2
- Creative mindset as well as a problem-solving mentality
- Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
- Willingness to work in an international organization
- Good communication skills a must: verbal, written, presentation
- Proficient skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing, e.g. WebEx, MS Teams or similar
- Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage, but not required
