Responsibilities
- Support the project management team in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and reports
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports using Excel and Tableau
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies
- Preparation of presentations and documentation
- Maintain and manage project management tools and systems
Profile
- Solid experience in project management or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and proactive work ethic
