Android Automotive Developer (Java/Kotlin) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Android / Android Automotive applications
- Implement new features using Java or Kotlin
- Contribute to technical concepts and software architecture
- Integrate relevant Google frameworks, libraries, and toolchains
- Perform debugging, issue analysis, and performance optimization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, backend, hardware)
Profile
- Profound experience in Android and/or Android Automotive development
- Strong programming skills in Java and Kotlin
- Experience with relevant Google libraries, frameworks, and tools
- Understanding of automotive standards and embedded system environments
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model: remote + at least once per week onsite in Bochum
