Customer Service Product Journey Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer journeys across customer service products and touchpoints
- Define and coordinate IT Business Requirements (IBRs) and user stories
- Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement product and system enhancements
- Support the development of digital customer platforms, portals, and e-commerce solutions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in cooperation with Legal and Compliance teams
- Partner with Marketing to align product offerings, content, and customer communications
- Work with UX/UI and Digital teams to optimize customer experience and online interactions
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support successful product launches
- Analyze customer feedback and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiative
Profile
- Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Engineering, Digital Business, or a related field
- Experience in customer journey, product, project, or aftersales management
- Experience translating business requirements into IBRs, functional specifications, and user stories
- Understanding of customer journey design, digital customer experience, and e-commerce
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT functions
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, organized, and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
- Excellent English skills and interest in AI-driven customer experience solutions
