Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in Corporate Actions, overseeing the entire value chain in collaboration with our external Middle Office provider
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Investment Professionals, external partners, and internal Operations teams
  • Coordinate and execute operational activities, acting as a gatekeeper for requests from Client Account Managers and Portfolio Managers
  • Ensure accurate stock positions and daily reconciliation oversight; investigate discrepancies with outsourced Middle Office
  • Identify and escalate incidents caused by third parties, follow up on corrective actions, and manage claims processes
  • Participate in process improvements, workflow enhancements, and major operational projects
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to cross-training initiatives and support various Operations Department projects. Maintain and improve processes and documentation

Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Actions
  • Knowledge of reconciliations (cash and securities); proxy voting experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with investment accounting is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and delivery focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Bloomberg AIM; VBA knowledge is a plus
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
