  • Our team sits at the intersection of R&D and Sales, defining products and strategies that win in the European B2B landscape. We are looking for a business-driven, hands-on expert who can connect the dots across customer insights, competitive dynamics, fleet management logic, and commercial priorities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research on European B2B segments (fleet, leasing, rental, major dealerships) and derive actionable insights
  • Analyze customer needs, stakeholder structures, KPIs, and use-case scenarios across different commercial vehicle applications
  • Translate research outcomes into concrete product implications (trim strategy, powertrain mix, equipment logic, warranty, OTA capabilities, TCO factors, aftersales models)
  • Assess competitor offerings, market opportunities, and segment-specific trends to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop data-driven conclusions and recommendations for product definition reports in the B2B space
  • Build and apply a consistent, repeatable research methodology across markets and vehicle segments

Profile

  • Strong background in the automotive industry, ideally with experience in marketing, sales, aftersales, or fleet management
  • Proven track record in market research or customer insights within an automotive OEM or mobility business
  • Hands-on experience analyzing B2B customer landscapes, fleet operations, lease strategies, or total cost of ownership
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and connect commercial needs with technical and product-oriented perspectives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to “connect the dots” and back decisions with data
  • Experience working in multicultural, multi-location teams across Europe
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
