PMO for Training & Adoption – S/4HANA Transformation (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Support the Training & Adoption Lead
- Track activities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and open points
- Coordinate across workstreams
- Ensure training and adoption topics are properly followed up and not lost between teams
- Prepare and structure briefings, updates, and governance-related inputs
- Support rollout readiness, communication alignment, and training tracking
- Bring transparency to status, ownership, and next steps
- Proactively identify gaps and suggest workable solutions
- Support the lead as a reliable senior counterpart / “pair of hands” in day-to-day orchestration
Profile
- Strong experience as a Senior PMO / Project Coordinator / Transformation PMO
- Proven background in Coordination of Training & Adoption within S/4HANA transformations
- Experience in large-scale, cross-functional, international program environments
- Strong coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work in a structured and proactive way, with limited hand-holding
- Confident working with senior stakeholders as well as operational teams
- German is important; fluent preferred, but strong B2-level German may also be considered
- English required
