Product Owner ServiceNow (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Drive the development, optimization and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow-based OSS modules (OMT and TNI) that support order management, provisioning and fulfillment processes
- Translate complex telecom business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure that the platform supports scalable, reliable and automated service delivery
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for the OSS domain, specifically focusing on Order Management and Inventory
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
- Manage the roadmap for ServiceNow OMT and TNI implementation, ensuring alignment with the broader fiber rollout strategy
- Design end-to-end Service Fulfillment and Provisioning workflows (from order entry to activation)
- Define logic for Service Decomposition
- Architect solutions for Fallout Management: Define rules for exception handling to minimize manual intervention during order failures
- Plan for high-volume scalability, ensuring the system can handle mass-market order spikes common in fiber rollouts
- Define the Service Inventory and Resource Inventory data models within TNI
- Define requirements for API integrations between ServiceNow and surrounding systems (CRM, Network Activation systems/NMS)
Profile
- Profound knowledge of Telecom Order Management, Service Provisioning and Fulfillment processes within a Fixed Network/ Fiber (FTTH/B) context
- Deep understanding of complex telecom workflows, including MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete), fallout management and jeopardy management
- Ability to discuss API payloads, data modeling (SID) and system performance with developers
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules ONT & TNI
- Strong experience with comparable OSS/BSS platforms (e.g., Netcracker, Amdocs)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ideally experience with TM Forum standards (eTOM process framework, SID information model)
- German language skills are advantageous; English fluency is mandatory
