Solution Architect (IAM) – Fokus Customer Onboarding (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Lead efficient, secure, and compliant onboarding of B2B customers
- Provide consulting, architecture, and technical guidance in the IAM space
- Participate in daily meetings within an agile environment
- Identify common pitfalls and drive continuous process improvements
- Act as a key interface to stakeholders, AP, and potentially PM
Profile
- Several years of experience as a Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Hands-on experience with B2B customer onboarding
- Fluent in English
- Nice to have: Experience with Saviynt (IAM tool); Project management experience; Openness for nearshore collaboration (Krakow)
