AI / RPA Program & Delivery Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for identifying, prioritizing, designing, and delivering AI/ML and RPA use cases with measurable business value
- Translation of strategic objectives into scalable, value-driven AI and automation initiatives
- Ownership of delivery milestones, quality, benefits realization, and overall execution success
- Technical orchestration of AI/RPA solutions aligned with enterprise AI strategy and reference architectures (incl. LLMs, RPA platforms, and orchestration layers)
- Alignment of AI/RPA architecture with adjacent domains such as Cloud, SAP, and data platforms
- End-to-end technical steering of the AI Power House, including use case intake, feasibility analysis, standards, and governance frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with EU AI Act, legal, ethical, security, and governance requirements in collaboration with Legal and Security
- Structuring and managing AI/RPA initiatives as programs and projects, including delivery models, progress tracking, and executive-ready reporting
- Coordination and enablement of AI/RPA teams, skill development, best practices, and reusable delivery accelerators
- Budget, resource, and capacity planning across the AI/RPA portfolio, coordinating internal and external delivery partners
Profile
- University degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable technical background
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions
- Deep expertise in AI, ML, RPA, and modern LLM-based architectures
- Proven end-to-end delivery experience in AI and process automation initiatives
- Solid understanding of data technologies and data-driven architectures, combined with strong business acumen (ideally in Manufacturing environments)
- Experience in AI/ML and RPA, including hands-on involvement in complex transformation programs and coordination of technical teams or workstreams
- Languages: Very good German and English skills
