AI Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models
- Enhance existing AI pipelines and build new AI architectures
- Analyze complex datasets and create data-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools in the AI/ML domain
- Ensure technical quality, scalability, and proper documentation of AI systems
Profile
- Solid experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
- Strong proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and modern AI platforms
- Knowledge in MLOps, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), or container technologies is advantageous
- Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong sense of ownership
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
