Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive, practical concept for automated testing of HR applications, specifically SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
  • Outline needed structures of an overall HR Application Test Strategy
  • Review of existing testing processes and challenges in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
  • Identify and describe clear topic areas and usecases / processes which provide highest potential for test automation
  • Definition of objectives and success criteria for automated testing
  • Measures to ensure maintainability, scalability, and reusability of tests and test case creation by considering proper repositories as well as AI capabilities
  • Phased implementation strategy with milestones and activities

Profile

  • Proven experience in test automation, ideally with HR applications such as SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
  • Expertise with relevant test tools and frameworks
  • Methodical know-how in analysis, concept development and implementation of testing strategies
  • Capability to provide clear and structured documentation
