Design Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of detailed project plans (objectives, tasks, resources, timelines)
- Coordination of project teams to ensure successful achievement of project goals
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress, including deviation analysis
- Development and implementation of mitigation measures, project risk measures, and issue management
- Active change management in case of structural or content-related project changes
- Ensuring complete and traceable project documentation
- Conducting feasibility studies based on technical data to derive process specifications
- Participation in the planning and design of production layouts and manufacturing lines, as well as steering the implementation
- Technical project coordination and alignment with clients on process and manufacturing challenges
- Planning and control of all project-related activities to ensure successful project delivery
Profile
- Several years of experience in project management of technical projects (product development / manufacturing environment)
- General technical understanding or technical background
- Experience in managing and coordinating project teams of varying sizes (2–25 people)
- Very good English skills are mandatory (project language)
- German skills are not mandatory
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience with MS Project or comparable project management tools is desired
- PMP certification or a comparable project management qualification is an advantage
