Embedded Linux Developer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Developing and providing a unified Embedded Linux platform for all product lines in Building Automation
- Develop and maintain C++17/20 code with strong focus on OOP principles, STL, memory management and Google Test
- Design and implement modular software architecture for mapping, applying architecture and design patterns
- Evaluating, using, contributing and further developing open-source and inner-source components for Linux-based products (Embedded/Yocto)
- Working in a fast-paced and agile development environment
- Developing solutions in collaboration with like-minded professionals
Profile
- University or higher technical college degree in computer science or electrical engineering
- Practical experience with Embedded Linux
- Profound experience programming in C++
- Experience working with M-Bus, Modbus, KNX, I/O, BACnet, or comparable
- Fluency in English
