Responsibilities
- Monitor fire-prone areas during maintenance, construction, or production activities
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and preventive measures
- Initiate immediate response actions in case of fire incidents
- Coordinate with Tesla’s fire department and safety officers
- Document incidents and safety observations
Profile
- Certified fire safety training (e.g., Fire Protection Assistant, GSSK, Security Specialist)
- Experience in fire watch or industrial site security
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- High level of responsibility, alertness, and quick reaction skills
- Proficient in German; English is a plus
