HR Project Lead (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsibility as a project manager to successfully build towards an effective environment as part of the project
- Communicate and track clear objectives and milestones for the workstream (project plan for this FY set)
- Provide regular status updates to project team / project lead
- Coordinate four substreams Culture, Language, Administration & Outside
- Work towards achievement of goals set in the sub streams and support stream leads in achieving these goals
- Identify and allocate necessary resources, if needed
- Managing student support in the stream effective environment
- Support Org-Units in defining and establishing bottom-up measures
- Steering of interdependencies to other workstreams
- Steering of escalations in the workstream
- Steering and communication to workers council
Profile
- University degree with business administration or social science background
- Working experience, ideally with experience in leading complex projects in an international context
- Strong and proven project management skills
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Solution-oriented and independent work style; ability to work effectively in a team and resolve conflicts
