- A long-established Japanese industrial energy and electronics group, employing around 104 people and generating approximately €31 million in annual revenue, serving the EMEA region with semiconductor, drive and power-supply technologies
Responsibilities
- Advising the Head of IT on IT security risks and mitigation strategies
- Developing and maintaining security governance, policies and compliance frameworks
- Performing risk and security assessments for systems, cloud and third parties
- Driving security-related transformation initiatives (e.g. cloud, zero trust, AI)
- Monitoring threats and vulnerabilities and coordinating mitigation actions
- Leading response to major security incidents including root-cause analysis
- Managing audits, penetration tests and remediation tracking
- Defining security requirements for projects, systems and suppliers
- Evaluating and selecting security technologies and service providers
- Training and advising internal stakeholders
Profile
- Business fluent English proficiency
- Strong expertise in cyber risk management, compliance and security governance
- Experience in threat and vulnerability management and incident response
- Solid knowledge of network, application and cloud security
- Hands-on experience with security monitoring, SIEM and penetration testing
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity concepts
- Strong service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills

Salary information
- Up to €110,000 depending on professional experience
