Media Planing Manager CEE (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of integrated media strategies for the CEE region
- Analysis of market trends, target groups and media usage in the respective countries
- Budget planning and control for media investments
- Selection, management and evaluation of media agencies and service providers
- Coordination of cross-media campaigns (TV, digital, print, OOH, social media)
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, reach)
- Close cooperation with local marketing teams and international stakeholders
Profile
- Experience in media planning, ideally with a focus on CEE markets (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia and Romania)
- Deep understanding of media landscapes and consumer behaviour in Eastern Europe
- Experience with media tools and analysis platforms (e.g. Nielsen, GfK, Google Analytics)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Fluent business english
