OKR Coach (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Design and refine a tailored OKR framework for two business divisions, ensuring alignment and clarity of OKR artefacts (objectives, key results, cycles, reviews)
- Deliver OKR trainings, workshops, and learning formats for leaders and teams to build practical understanding and shared language
- Act as a strategic advisor to divisional leadership, supporting alignment, prioritization, decision-making, and change adoption
- Guide teams through multiple OKR cycles, supporting planning, check-ins, reviews, and continuous OKR quality improvement
- Develop and mentor an internal pool of OKR coaches to ensure long-term sustainability of the framework
Profile
- Proven experience implementing and scaling OKR frameworks in complex organizations
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and training skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to support change management and navigate cross-functional leadership environments
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
- Experience building internal capability structures (e.g., coach communities) is an asset
