Platform Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Operate a secure, scalable enterprise GenAI platform based on the Microsoft AI stack
- Establish standardized platform capabilities for pro-code, low-code, and hybrid agentic AI solutions
- Implement security, identity, networking, and governance patterns for a regulated banking environment
- Operationalize GenAI workloads, including observability, monitoring, and cost control
- Enable internal teams through reusable components, templates, and reference architectures
- Align technology and roadmap with Microsoft, including evaluation of new features for enterprise use
Profile
- Several years of experience in AI, cloud, or platform engineering in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure AI stack, especially AI Foundry, Fabric, and Power Platform
- Experience with enterprise architectures, security, and governance, ideally in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with pro-code and low-code delivery models, as well as CI/CD and automation
