Procurement Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Project management to align with R&D and OperationsAchieve procurement objectives while meeting cost, delivery and quality targets
- Act as primary business partner to Life Cycle Teams, R&D and Operations
- Support implementation of new materials
- Facilitate onboarding of new suppliers
- Coordinate seamless integration of new products into the supply chain
- Conduct RFQs and use modern e-sourcing tools
- Manage suppliers and material groups in direct purchasing
- Collaborate with suppliers on contract review and capacity planning
- Identify risks and initiate mitigation actions to ensure supply continuity
Profile
- Deally a completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven professional experience
- Experience in supply chain is helpful
- Willingness to travel to suppliers
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication, as it's the primary language used
- German language skills would be a plus
