Project Control Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers throughout project initiation, execution, and close-out phases
- Lead and guide project control team members (planners and cost engineers)
- Validate and consolidate monthly commercial reports for CAPEX projects
- Act as a diplomatic liaison across cross-functional teams on commercial topics
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in collaboration with the PMO department
- Align capex funding, controlling, and forecasting with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class project control tools
- Participate in team meetings and workshops as needed
- Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests
- Provide support to the broader project controls function as required
Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Solid experience in project controls for large pharmaceutical projects
- Experience in EPCm environments is a plus
- Proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Primavera Unifier (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and perform under pressure
