Responsibilities
- Lead an interdisciplinary project team in the area of electrical/electronic (E/E) systems for special engine applications.
- Take full responsibility for project planning, budgeting, and task coordination throughout the entire development process.
- Coordinate and align requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with your project team to break down requirements across various architectural and system levels.
- Ensure the implementation of solution proposals developed within the project.
- Contribute your own ideas to optimize the implementation of functional requirements.
Profile
- Completed university degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of professional experience in technical development.
- Proven experience in requirements management.
- Experience with agile development methods and practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of combustion engines is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAN bus systems and protocols (e.g., J1939, CANopen) is beneficial.
- Understanding and application of functional safety standards such as IEC 61508 or ISO 26262 is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide interdisciplinary teams.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in project management.
