QC Analyst (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Sampling ans testing of final and intermediate producs, IPC, raw materials, samples from cleaning validation, utilities and environmental monitoring samples
- Transfer, development and validation of processes for MBQC analytics when required, including qualification of equipment needed for analysis
- Participation in the organization of the microbiological QC laboratory and in the daily work to maintain the laboratory
- Sampling and testing of final and intermediate products, in process samples, raw materials, samples from cleaning validation, utilities and environmental monitoring samples
- Maintenance, calibration and use of laboratory equipment
- Creation and revision of guidance documents such as SOPs/WIs and other related documents
- Participation in the training and qualification of new employees and cross-qualifications
- Supporting of the MBQC support team in the ordering of material, logistic of samples and inventory management of the QC labs
Profile
- Bachelor in Life Sciences or diploma as laboratory technician with professional experience in the field of microbiology / life sciences / biomedical or similar experience and competenices
- Experience in regulated laboratory environment
- GMP experience is recommended
- Independent work in compliance with internal work instructions and accurate documentation
- Customer-oriented thinking and team spirit
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of German and English required; exceptions are accepted, case by case, based on the whole CV
- Very precise, reliable way of working
- Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office products)
