About the company

  • The work location can be either Kassel, Ingolstadt or Wolfsburg, with up to 4 days per week in a home office setup.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and analyze customer and stakeholder requirements for onboard chargers (OBC)
  • Derive, specify, and maintain system, hardware, and software requirements
  • Manage requirements in industry-standard tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Codebeamer)
  • Ensure traceability across requirements, architecture, and testing
  • Create and maintain system requirement specifications (SRS)
  • Support system architecture and interface definition
  • Develop use cases and system scenarios
  • Contribute to ASPICE-compliant documentation, audits, and assessments

Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Several years (ideally 10+ years) of experience in OBC requirements engineering
  • Experience with full OBC project lifecycles up to SOP
  • Strong ASPICE knowledge (min. Level 2)
  • Experience in power electronics or high-voltage systems
  • Proficiency in requirements management tools
  • Knowledge of SysML/UML or model-based development is a plus
  • Good German and fluent English skills (written and spoken)

Salary information

  • The salary depends on the individual skill level and can go up to €140,000 per year.
