  • My client is a leading manufacturer of audio components and integrated sound systems for vehicles. The company specialises in the research, design and production of audio solutions ranging from simple components to complex, high-end sound systems. With locations in several countries worldwide and a strong focus on quality and technological innovation, my client offers customised audio solutions that meet the highest standards. The position can be taken up from anywhere in Germany, i.e. from Stuttgart, Munich or Ingolstadt.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic support for existing OEM customers including regular coordination, project coordination and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Analysing customer needs and developing individual solution concepts
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the automotive sector, particularly with new OEMs and innovative market players
  • Market and competition analyses to derive growth strategies and develop new go-to-market concepts
  • Conducting presentations and negotiations with customers

Profile

  • Degree in business administration, electrical engineering, sound engineering, media technology, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
  • Sound professional experience in sales or key account management in the automotive industry, ideally in the acoustics field, but at least with electrical engineering experience
  • Business fluency in German and English
  • Ideally previous cooperation with well-known OEMs
  • Independent, disciplined and reliable way of working
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills

Salary information

  • Depending on qualifications and professional experience, the salary range is between €85,000 and €100,000.
