SAP-PMO (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Continually evaluate and improve the efficiency of IT program Tagetik replacement and documentation
- Manage all IT Program timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and reporting for the client IT for Program Tagetiks replacement
- Responsible for sites and project demand management – only within responsibilities in the program Tagetik replacement
- Create requisitions for IT purchases for program and the included projects
- Manage work of outside vendors when necessary to ensure timely delivery of project tasks
- Work with outside vendors to gather and provide RFQ responses when required, prepares RFQ documents if required and only aligned with program manager
- Assist program manager Tagetics replacement for documentation requests related to ticket tracking and trending and other statistical reporting when required
- Other duties as assigned and fulfillment of ongoing program tasks
Profile
- SAP knowledge: FI and HR modules, understanding of SAP logic, ideally experience with Solution Manager
- Experience in test management
- Basic business administration training
- Basic knowledge in HR
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
