Scientific Communications Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute publication strategies with cross-functional input
- Lead collaboration across teams to align scientific communication plans
- Manage publication workflows using established tracking tools
- Ensure internal visibility through publication announcements and summaries
- Liaise with external HCPs and medical communication agencies
- Provide scientific expertise across therapeutic areas and education events
- Support creation of medical slide decks and tailored content for HCPs
- Identify and address unmet communication needs with strategic input
Profile
- Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, PharmD, or MD) in Biomedical Sciences preferred
- Solid experience in medical communications and publication management in diagnostics
- Strong grasp of Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines; CMPP certification advantageous
- Skilled in strategic publication planning and stakeholder collaboration
- Excellent English writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and solve problems creatively in complex teams
- Deep understanding of diagnostics industry and regulatory standards
- Energetic communicator with strategic mindset, attention to detail, and people-first approach
