Senior Consultant (TPR Integration & Change Management) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Co-lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate
- Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition
- Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice, and other system owners
- Navigate complex organizational dependencies and competing priorities with resilience and focus
- Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized
Profile
- University degree or similar education
- Solid professional experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale
- Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in driving large-scale change across diverse markets
- Ability to influence, align, and drive decision-making across global, regional, and affiliate stakeholders
- Familiarity with pricing processes, commercial tools, or system integrations is an advantage
- Fluency in English
